Educating Minds. Growing Disciples.
Cabot Christian School was founded by Cory and Jessica Kruger and celebrated its ribbon-cutting in 2019. However, after much prayer and planning, the board of directors made the difficult decision to postpone the school’s opening. In hindsight, this proved to be a tremendous blessing, as the COVID-19 pandemic soon disrupted education around the world. A newly launched school would have faced overwhelming challenges, but—as Romans 8:28 reminds us—God works all things together for good.
Following the pandemic, Cabot Christian School reorganized under the leadership of Travis Larison and officially opened its doors in 2022 with 17 students, two teachers, many dedicated volunteers, and a great deal of faith. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, and we are deeply grateful for what God is doing in and through our school.
All of our teachers hold college degrees, and our elementary teachers are both licensed and certified. Cabot Christian School is also a proud member of the Arkansas Nonpublic School Accrediting Association.
We believe that the work of the Christian school is an extension of the educational ministries of the Christian home and the church. Our purpose is the development of each student in the image of God. This vision shapes both the content and the methods of instruction at CCS. We empower students to ask meaningful questions, think critically, and pursue truth with confidence.
